Nice review of GOSPELBEACH “Let It Burn” via HARMONIC DISTORTION
A cliché perhaps to say it but to my ears it’s the band’s best album thus far, and one with a touch of Zen about it. High and low emotions are felt, then let go in order for the next ones to come. Not a bad way to live let alone make records. Apologies to anyone who’s read this expecting a standard review format. No scrub that, no apologies, this one is for Neal. Thanks for the music and rest easy. – HARMONIC DISTORTION

Nice review of LEFT LANE CRUISER “Shake and Bake” via HEARD LATELY
I love ragged duos like this. Not like White Stripes or Black Keys, who are fairly polished within their self-inflicted constraints, but wilder duo-bands, like Whitey Houston and Japandroids. And I also love the blues, and Shake and Bake has some killer blues slide. And, as previously mentioned, I have a real weakness for sleaze rock. So this is a perfect storm of blues rock goodness for me, but I think most fans of just one of those genres will get a kick out of Shake and Bake. – HEARD LATELY
